Current website boundary

This website displays company and product information. It does not connect to Amazon accounts, accept SP-API credentials, or read or store seller data. The image viewer works locally in the browser without uploading visitor data.

Planned application scope

Seller Operations Workspace is intended only for inventory visibility and business reporting for our own Amazon store. Developer registration should reflect private, internal use. No third-party seller service or authorization flow is provided. Requested roles must match implemented features.

Controls to implement before integration

• Manage and exchange credentials on the server without exposing tokens or keys in public pages.
• Use HTTPS for transmission and appropriate protection for stored data.
• Restrict internal personnel and systems to necessary permissions.
• Implement retention, deletion, log management and incident response procedures.
• Verify providers, deployment locations and backup arrangements, then update policies.

These are preparation requirements. They do not mean a live API backend or Amazon security certification exists. Application security answers must describe controls actually implemented and verifiable.
